Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the mobile games published by Nolgo Games ("we", "us") and to this website.
This website collects nothing about its visitors. It carries no analytics or advertising scripts. Everything below is about our mobile games.
1. What we collect
Collected automatically
- Advertising identifiers — Android Advertising ID (AAID), iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)
- Device and app information — device model, OS version, language, country, app version, network type
- IP address — used to serve ads and to determine your approximate country. We do not collect precise location.
- Usage events — app launches, screens viewed, game progress, ad impressions and clicks
- Crash data — diagnostic logs and device state when the app stops unexpectedly
Provided by you, or created as you play
- Your email address and message, if you contact us
- Nickname, score, and progress data, in games that offer leaderboards
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, date of birth, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos or other files on your device, precise location, or payment card details. Where a game offers in-app purchases, payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store, and we never receive your payment details.
2. Why we use it
- To run the game and save your progress
- To serve ads, measure their delivery and performance, and prevent fraudulent impressions
- To diagnose errors and improve stability
- To understand how the game is used and improve it
- To answer your enquiries
3. Who we share it with
Our games include software development kits (SDKs) from the companies below, and the data above is passed to them as processors or, for advertising, as independent controllers. We do not sell personal information for money.
| Company | Service | Purpose | Their policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unity Technologies | Unity LevelPlay (ad mediation), Unity Ads | Routing ad requests, ad delivery and measurement | unity.com |
| Google LLC | Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, BigQuery | Ad delivery and measurement, usage analytics, crash diagnostics, analytics storage | policies.google.com |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Meta Audience Network | Ad delivery and measurement | facebook.com |
| Supabase, Inc. | Supabase | Storing leaderboard data, in games that have leaderboards | supabase.com |
4. International transfers
The companies above operate servers outside your country, including in the United States. Playing our games therefore transfers the data in section 1 across borders at the time you play. Where required, these transfers rely on the safeguards put in place by the recipient, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep it
- Usage events and crash data — no longer than 14 months from collection.
- Enquiry emails — deleted within one year of the enquiry being resolved.
- Leaderboard data — deleted without delay when you ask us to.
- Where the law requires us to keep something, we keep it for that period and then delete it.
6. Your choices on the device
- Android — in the Settings app, open the Google advertising settings to delete or reset your advertising ID.
- iOS — in the Settings app, under privacy, turn off permission for apps to request tracking. Apps then cannot use the advertising identifier.
7. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom
Legal bases. We rely on your consent for personalised advertising and for analytics that are not strictly necessary; on our legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, and diagnosing crashes; and on performance of a contract for running the game itself.
Consent. Our games ask for your consent before using data for personalised advertising, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the settings inside the game. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Your rights. You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. If you are in California
We do not sell personal information for money. However, showing personalised ads may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law.
You can opt out of that sharing by declining personalised advertising in the settings inside the game, or by resetting or deleting your advertising identifier as described in section 6. You may also request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email [email protected] to make a request. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
9. Children
Our games are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 14 in the Republic of Korea). If we learn that we have, we delete it without delay. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us.
10. Security
- All data in transit is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Access to personal data is limited to the smallest number of people and permissions needed.
11. Contact
- Data protection contact — Lee Jieun, owner of Nolgo Games
- Email — [email protected]
12. Changes to this policy
We post any addition, deletion, or change on this page before it takes effect.
